What Is the WorkGlovesDepot’s Online Store Return Policy?

Most new, unopened items are eligible for a full refund if returned within 10 days of delivery. If the return is due to an error on our part, we'll additionally cover the shipping charges (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time frame includes the time it takes us to receive your return from the shipper, i.e., 5 to 10 business days, the time it takes us to process your return, i.e., 3 to 5 business days, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request, i.e., 5 to 10 business days.
